Google analytics launched.

Google launched a new service called google analytics. Earlier it used to be called Urhic and was for dead serious sites, and cost something like 250$ per year. Now its free and you can use it for your homepage, blog, whatever. Right now its closed due to excessive demand. Typican google marketing strategy. Create demand by limiting the supply. (Orkut, Gmail all are invites only).
So captain G has even more more info about who visits you site. Google though has said that it will not be used except to tell you about your site. But then who is to gtop Google from using it to *improve* its search algorithm.
